Intake (Day 1)
You complete a detailed intake. We read everything before we start. No kickoff meeting required.
Inside-Out work (Days 2–10)
We find the real problem underneath the presenting one, build the direction, and draft the first materials. We may check in once with a specific question.
Written direction delivered (Day 10–12)
You receive the full written direction document and the first set of materials. One review round included.
Next moves handed off (Day 14)
A short written summary of what to do next — so the momentum does not stop at the deliverable.
